Who said that playing is for kids?
we shake up the mind
we get to know each other
we have a good time
we fool around
we make up stuff
we laugh and smile
we unwind and kick back
This workshop brings together her experience in theatre, group dynamics, laughter therapy and Gestalt therapy.
Playing is a way to learn and have fun at the same time. We develop our capacity to be in the moment and respond with body-mind coordination. We interact with others in new ways and get valuable insights about ourselves. We leave the everyday behind and dive into our creativity, imagination and capacity to surprise ourselves. We reconnect to our vitality and come back to the everyday refreshed and inspired.
For big ones (from 16 years of age) regardless of gender, colour or other differentiating characteristics.
